We are looking for a Commis Chef to join us.

At least 2 x guaranteed weekend days off per month & a week off at Christmas. Home Grown produce, Chefs cropping daily from extensive on site gardens, and working with Beef, Lamb, Game from our Farm.

Brigade of 7 chefs. Full time hours include 5 straight shifts per week - or part time options available.

You will work closely with our gardening team, cropping daily from our extensive kitchen gardens, and using other local produce such as; beef, eggs and game from our own farms.

Salary: £18,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year
