Salary: 20,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time (Rota - 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm)

Queries are managed via email, internal systems and via the telephone, so a clear, articulate telephone manner is highly advantageous. Accuracy, an aptitude to prioritise workloads and ability to stay focused on a task from start to finish is a must.
Duties of the Customer Support Administrator include:
* To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* To monitor all orders through the business and resolve any issues when necessary.
* To be the first point of contact for any customer service related queries.
* To ensure the Support Team processes operate effectively and are aligned with the company objectives.
* To help maintain a positive team environment by displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
* To assist with training of new members of staff.
* To provide effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Working with the Customer Services Manager to promote and manage ongoing
* Process improvements and efficiencies.
To be considered for the position you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a customer service department.
* Excellent IT skills
* Articulate
* Can work under pressure.
