Our client, based in Swale, is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role you will support the Financial Controller with the production of management information as well as improving systems and processes to enhance efficiencies.

Additional duties will include:
- Produce monthly reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Produce balance sheet accounts and resolve any issues identified
- Prepare and submit monthly EC statistical reports
- Reconcile the VAT return
- Prepare financial reports, monthly and quarterly including (but not limited to) recharges, accruals, prepayments, month end adjustments and analysis
- Prepare monthly analysis of expenditure
- Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany and Treasury accounts, resolve any queries resulting from this and liaise with Intercompany
- Produce weekly, monthly, yearly and ad hoc management, operational and financial information and KPI`s
- Completion of annual audit and tax packs
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, resolve issues in timely manner to facilitate this
- Accounts Receivable
- To provide cover in the absence of the Financial Controller and provide inter-departmental support as and when required

The ideal candidate for this role will have a similar background and will have strong data and Excel skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be AAT qualified or part qualified/studier of ACCA/CIMA.
