A Senior Business Change Manager job in the Brighton area for up to £87K
Your new company
This leading financial services organisation requires a senior business change (transformation) manager based in it's Brighton offices but with a home based remit to travel to their other UK offices as required for the role.
Your new role
You will take a lead role in end to end transformational change initiatives, sometimes spanning functional or organisational boundaries, to add value to the end to end process and make it more effective focusing on the value flow for the customer and commercial goals of the business.
In addition you will work closely with senior business stakeholders to take a lead role in supporting the identification and delivery of transformational change initiatives that support step changes in organisational structure and design to deliver required outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in modelling business processes and operational design
- Experience in leading programmes of transformational business process change
- Proficient in techniques for streamlining business processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in supporting the development and delivery of large scale, cross-functional transformational change initiatives.
- Desirable: Prince II Practitioner/APMP, Lean Six Sigma principles
- Desirable: A good understanding of Life Insurance market (Group and Individual Protection) and associated operational processes
- Understanding the hierarchy and culture of own, customer and supplier organisations and being able to identify the decision makers and influencers in order to successfully implement target-operating model.
