With our roots in the fast-paced world of motorsport, BWR Media is the backbone to the MotorsportDays brand, which proudly offers the automotive community the most up-to-date and comprehensive track and test day listings calendar, as well as providing the competitive side of the industry an annual publication, which celebrates and publishes the very best of professional and amateur areas of the sport. In 2018 BWR Media successfully launched MotorsportDays LIVE, the UK’s first on-track trade event at Silverstone, the home of British motorsport.

With the annual event firmly established on the motoring calendar and both publication and websites continuing to grow BWR is now looking to expand its enthusiastic team, based in Hadlow near Tonbridge in Kent, to help elevate the business and improve its ongoing projects.

The role of the Sales Administrator will be to support the day to day running of the company:

• At least 12 months previous experience in a sales or account based administration role
• Be comfortable chasing company accounts and liaising with the sales teams clients when the time arises
• Strong attention to detail
• Very good communication skills
• Must have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Good team player
• Competent IT and data entry skills
• An understanding of social media marketing (not essential but a bonus)

Duties will include:
• Entering and managing clients event accounts ensuring all details are always up to date
• Dealing with client invoicing queries and chasing accounts
• Handling the companies client data
• Researching and general data entry
• Allocating and processing customer payments
• Incoming and external post duties
• Filing and all ADHOC duties
• Posting through our social media channels and building and managing the weekly newsletter (training will be given)

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager. Ideally, someone who is not easily flustered, not afraid of hard work and flexible enough to cope with a large number of ongoing projects, whilst maintaining a good sense of humour.
