Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £18,500
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Whitstable

The Job Role:
You will be providing assistance to the Operational Performance Support team which will involve:
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries and requests for other departments
* Administering renewal invites
* Actioning incoming post and emails
* Maintaining policy records
* Liaising with other insurers
* Focusing on retaining customers
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* To work effectively as an individual and as part of the team
* The ability to work under pressure and prioritise the workload
