Are you currently working as an Administrator in a construction company and looking for a new challenge? Do you pride yourself on your customer service skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy office? If so then please read onâ¦
Responsibilities will include:
* Editing essential working documents
* Putting together packs of documents
* Assisting in invoicing
* Answering the telephone to clients and customers
* Building strong working relationships with clients
* Other ad hoc tasks as required
Experience and skills required:
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
* A confident telephone manner
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work proactively and autonomously
* A background in the construction industry
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background; experience with engineers would be ideal but not essential. You will work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
