Overview
Our client is a leading service provider in the digital publishing sector delivering both SaaS platforms and custom software development projects to top media brands worldwide.

They’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join the marketing team to help drive increased engagement with both existing customers and new prospects. This role will require an attention to detail in keeping data up-to-date on the Salesforce CRM and the ability to take an active role in contacting leads and customers with product updates, webinar and event information.

Role
Reports into Marketing Executive
Key relationship with Sales and Support teams
Online research of "who's who" for leads and clients
Maintain CRM with correct customer and lead data
Add new contacts to CRM
Drive client sign-ups to webinars & events
Sending company introduction, meeting invites and product information to potential customers
Contribute to Marketing department providing warmed-up leads to Sales team
Managing and posting across social media platforms

Must have:
Keen communicator internally and externally
Persistent and enthusiastic champion of the brand
Eye for detail
Ability to mine data and add to CRM
Logical and thorough working
Can take instruction and direction
Confidence to highlight missing information on the CRM

Nice to have:
Additional languages, e.g. Spanish, German and French a distinct advantage
Awareness of importance of company / job hierarchies, i.e. CEO vs CTO
Ability to think laterally, i.e. recognise what the missing gaps in the CRM data mean to the business
Confidence to start communication with unknown people at known clients, i.e. big and diverse companies with regularly changing staff
Passion for technology, i.e. mobile and tablet
Understanding of publishing economics, i.e. how revenues are derived from advertising, subscriptions, social media, etc.
