Do you have experience of working in partnership with schools other agencies to maximise the impact of your support? Do you have experience of working with young people to help them overcome barriers and achieve their aims?

These roles offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and ground breaking programme that is specifically focused on the transition phase for young people.

While your background may be in education, social care, counselling, youth work or any other related area, we are particularly looking for highly motivated, dynamic and talented individuals, experienced at working respectfully, creatively and in a solution focused way with families
to achieve lasting change.

1 x full-time: Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe (ASAP – December 2019)
1 x full-time: Thanet and Dover (May 2019 – December 2020)
1 x part-time: Thanet and Dover (May 2019 – December 2020)
1 x full-time: Maidstone and Tonbridge & Malling (May 2019 – December 2020)
