Shift patterns between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday
Our client based in Sidcup is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor due to our client's continued success.
The successful candidate for this position will be happy to work from home.
What they are looking for:
* Managing internal and external calls
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Accurately entering information onto the database
* Prioritising your workload
* Action customer queries in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent written and verbal skills
* Previous telephone experience
* Have the ability to work under pressure
* Good IT skills and be able to type accurately
