We all remember the great teacher, coach or tutor we had when we were learning something. Sometimes their subject knowledge was amazing, for some it was the professional relationships they made with their students and for others it was their in-depth knowledge of how we learn which enabled them to present new information in a way that was exciting, engaging and easily remembered.

Our clients have a mixture of needs and we are looking for tutors who have experience in working with students who have SEN, are in care or those who are disengaged from learning. We offer tutoring in academic subjects, music, languages and any other subjects people want to study.
We require passionate, energetic and engaging tutors who will be working with students of all abilities, ages and learning needs throughout Kent, most often one to one, but sometimes in small groups. Of course, we will be matching our tutors and students based on expertise and needs to ensure the best outcomes for all.

The requirements of this role vary greatly depending on the students and this needs to be reflected in our tutors.

We are looking for tutors with some, all or a combination of the following:

• Experience of teaching/tutoring
• Educational/teaching qualifications
• High level subject knowledge
• A range of subjects and skills
• Knowledge/experience of working with students with SEN
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability

In exchange we pay a minimum of £25 per hour, depending on the needs of the student, and provide training for all our tutors.
