Part-Time Bookkeeper/Management Accountant is required by our company, initially working three days a week from10am-3pm from our offices in Innovation House, Discovery Park. Our Managing Director is looking for an experienced finance professional who is capable of managing the accounts, producing monthly management accounts, maintaining and reconciling bank accounts and having a thoroughly practical and working knowledge of SAGE Accounts.
Key Tasks are, maintaining control and management of the SAGE system in order to produce management accounts through to trial balance and balance sheet and P&L accounts. Provide weekly cash-flow forecasts and pipeline activity reports, carry out regular reconciliations to ensure that all aspects of compliance are adhered to. Reviewing and management of the company bank accounts, complete VAT returns, undertake monthly payroll including reconciliation of commissions and company credit cards. Managing and maintaining all utility contracts, company creditors and debtors.
