We are looking for new recruitment consultant to join us at Critical Project Resourcing in Sevenoaks.
This is an exciting role where you will join a team focusing on placing critical engineering candidates on large infrastructure projects throughout the U.K.
At Critical Project Resourcing, we like to do things correctly and ethically to build long lasting relationships with our clients.
We cover many disciplines working on major infrastructure projects like HS2 and Crossrail, Kings Cross development and Trans Pennine project within rail and equally many other engineering projects covering buildings, civils and structures.
You will serve our clients by finding the best engineering and management talent, to build bridges, design roads and railways, to ease congestion in cities, improve transport links, manage and protect the environment. This side of the business calls for an active sales approach and for someone who is self-motivated, organised and driven in the recruitment profession.
You will need to be excellent at multi-tasking to manage the numerous vacancies we are filling on behalf of our clients with the ability to move quickly between tasks as different needs arise throughout the day. Organisation and time management are crucial skills for any recruitment consultant looking to pursue a career. Those who utilise these skills best will see their earnings increase more quickly.
This will be a full-time training position within infrastructure recruitment where you will undertake a training programme mentored by leading consultants ensuring that you get the best start to the recruitment profession.
Successful trainees typically will have/be;
• Worked during school/college/your degree whilst studying
•School leavers are welcome but will need to prove their organisation and initiative skills
•Been a member of a club, society or sport team
•Achieved an independent challenge such as travel, work or a personal accomplishment
•Competitive and yet a team player
•Ethical
•Achieved a 2:1 or First-Class degree if you attended University
•Able to conduct themselves in a mature professional manner
