An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Property team in a growing Financial Services company that specialises in administering SIPP and SSAS pension schemes.

The position is for a full time Account Manager within the Property team which deals with commercial property transactions for our SIPP and SSAS clients. The role will involve dealing with a portfolio of clients and a variety of transactions such as:

• Purchases
• Sales
• New and Renewal Leases
• Licences

You will liaise with clients, solicitors, banks, tenants and others ensuring you meet our service standards on a daily basis.

Candidates should have previous property administration experience either in the pension industry or elsewhere. Legal experience or education, especially in property law, is also desirable.

We require a strong academic background with good numeracy and communication skills together with accuracy, motivation and focus on delivering excellent service which meets the needs of our clients.

We will provide ongoing training on both a one to one and group basis to help with development but require candidates to have a proactive and positive approach towards their work and a drive to succeed.

Benefits:

Salary £18,000 – £23,000 per annum with yearly reviews (based on experience)

5% Employer Contributions into your pension scheme

23 days holiday per year increasing up to 28 for long service
