A leading Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices are currently recruiting a Property Paralegal Team Leader to join them in their busy Tunbridge Wells office. Please note that there is no on-site parking available, however near-by parking is possible and there are excellent links to public transport.

The Property Paralegal Team Leader will work in a centralised property team, and be responsible for a wide range of duties including (but not limited to):

* Managing a team of highly skilled Property Paralegals, with focus on residential and commercial property matters
* Monitoring changes within the team, work allocation
* Training and development of the team
* Be the first port of call for any problems arising in the team (and problem solving accordingly)
* Manage a small and very varied case load of property matters with a bias towards commercial property, and some residential property.

The successful Property Paralegal Team Leader will offer the following background/skill set:

* An experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive or Solicitor who has strong technical skills in property law (commercial property and/or residential property)
* Previous/current experience of managing a team
* Solid IT skills including MS Office programmes (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a must, and ideally some experience of CMS (although full training will be provided)
* Be well presented
* Polite and professional communication skills - verbal and written
* A flexible approach to work
* Be approachable and a problem solver
