Due continued expansion Capital Cleaning Supplies have an opportunity for a Telephone Receptionist to provide essential support to the office team.
The role is varied and involves interaction with our clients on a regular basis as well as all members of staff. The Telephone Receptionist is responsible to the Office Manager.
Qualities required to fulfil this job are attention to detail and a good level of accuracy when transposing information and the ability to work under their own initiative and yet be part of a team. Your key responsibilities and duties within the role of Telephone Receptionist will consist of:
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Taking orders over the telephone.
Producing reports for customers.
Collating and filing delivery notes and invoices.
General filing and other office duties.
Generating quotes and letters for sales staff.
Maintaining databases.
Providing cover in the office during holiday periods.
Taking minutes during meetings.
The job role would suit a confident person who can take on a varied role and make a position for themselves within the company.
