We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full time Restaurant Manager to join our Award Winning restaurant in Minster, Ramsgate.

Corner House Minster opened it's doors in 2013 and has be awarded Kent's Restaurant of the Year in 2015 and 2017. It is also listed in the Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide We are all about doing the simple things really well. The most important aspect of the Front of house service at the Corner House is the guest experience, ensuring that from start to finish our customers are guaranteed a relaxed but attentive service of quality to match our amazing food.

The ideal candidate will strive for excellence in all areas of their role and ensuring that the Corner House Guest Experience is at the forefront of everything they do. You must be comfortable leading a team and working with the Senior Management towards the aims of the Corner House brand. A strong knowledge of food and drink is very important in this role and a good understanding of British cuisine and basic wine knowledge is expected.

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas of responsibilities which will make up the day to day duties of the role.

• Achieving all financial targets including GPs and Wage %

• Responsible for cash handling and end of day reporting.

• Responsible for the social media of the restaurant.

• Compiling and issuing staff rotas

• Responsible for staff development
