Farming Business Manager (Agronomy) is required by market leading Kent based crop producer. You must have a strong agronomy / horticultural background with experience of managing sales, compliance, health & safety, marketing, logistics, budget forecasting and staff management of 10+ people.
This role comes with a good salary, performance related bonuses, 3 bedroom detached house (if required), and company vehicle. You will need very good communication skills, it would be great if you are multi-lingual, however it is essential you can manage multinational, multi disciplinary teams and have a proven track record of doing this within farming. This position is located in a very nice area in central Kent and the right person will be looking for a role where they can make it their own and likely stay for ten + years.
