Location: Canterbury
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £20,278 - £22,897 gross per annum
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: 9am Monday 18 February
Because like you, we’re dedicated to changing attitudes and changing lives.
About us:
At Porchlight, we’re passionate about helping homeless and vulnerable people to reach their full potential. Our vision is a fairer society where the most excluded are included and everybody has a safe place to call home and the chance to make a positive contribution.
The role:
We’re focused on delivering a quality service to provide the best possible outcomes and experience for the people we support. Our organisational database assists frontline staff in their daily work whilst providing vital statistical information to help us meet the needs of our clients and other key stakeholders, and to improve performance and engagement.
As part of this role, you will deliver training and provide ongoing support to staff, ensuring accurate reporting on our Salesforce platform. You will be friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills. Experience of delivering training is essential and a previous role providing IT helpdesk support would be an advantage.
You’ll be part of a small team based in Canterbury but will also spend time in locations across Kent, providing on-site support and developing solutions to help us raise public awareness of our work by telling the stories behind the numbers.
Educated to A-level (or equivalent), you’ll have experience of applying filters to generate data reports and the ability to present the information in a clear and concise manner.
Benefits: As a member of the Porchlight team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:
free life insurance
25 days holiday per year (increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service)
Porchlight pension scheme
If this sounds like you, please get in touch by completing the application form below.
The closing date for applications is 9am 18 Febuary.
