Membership Advisor
20 hours per week including evenings and weekends
£16,401 (pro rata) plus commission + benefits
A self-motivated and target driven Membership Advisor is required to join our teams at the Angel Centre and Tonbridge Swimming Pool, two very busy facilities offering a wide range of dry and wet leisure pursuits for the local community.
As well as selling Health & Fitness Memberships to new and existing customers via walk-in and telephone enquiries, the successful candidate will be expected to have a proactive approach to generating sales leads and a focus on the customer experience to aid retention. An ability to travel between sites would be an advantage.
The person we are looking for has a confident, friendly and enthusiastic manner with a keen interest in the leisure industry. You will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of users. In return we offer free gym and pool membership, 30 days annual leave (pro-rata), competitive salary and employer contribution pension scheme.
