Indirect Buyer - Europe

Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
We have an opportunity for an Indirect Buyer with a proven experience in negotiation and end to end procurement experience.
Your role will include:
Source all indirect materials and services necessary for the effective operation of the business at the best value to meet the scope and specification provided by the budget holder whilst adhering to the relevant policies, procedures and controls set by the Company. Key areas of focus cover the following but this is not an exhaustive list:
• Transport, haulage, warehousing and storage services for UKI and International
• Marketing & sales related services (i.e. printing, media buying, PR, agencies, hospitality)
• Travel Management
• IT related services (i.e. hardware, software)
• HR related services
• Facilities Management and office services (i.e. telecoms, furniture, cleaning, waste management, catering, security)
• Utilities (i.e. gas, electricity, water)
• Consumables (i.e. stationery, PPE)
• MRO (i.e. maintenance repair operation i.e. spares, 3rd party contractors)
• Capital Goods (i.e. plant & machinery)
• Civil and mechanical engineering requirements
• Fleet Management (i.e. lease & hire cars)
• Procurement support for other international divisions such as Spain, Portugal and France


What you will need to succeed

• A University degree in business, finance, engineering or other areas
• Chartered Institue of Purchasing & Supply membership
• Procurement or sourcing background within a matrix and international environment
• Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce and present accurate reports and procedures
• Excellent communication, relationship building and inter-personal skills to deal with people at all levels internally and externally
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve with the capability to work under pressure
• European languages (desirable)
• Technical or Contract law knowledge (desirable)
