QC Operations Operative (Warehouse)

An opportunity had arisen within our QC team for a QC Operations Operative (Warehouse)
The Role Will Involve:
•Assisting with checking and recording details of inbound and outbound stock (quality control) including weighing and measuring dimensions of products.
•Working through returned stock, assessing and make decisions based on findings
•Operate (once trained if applicable) a number of FLTs (Bendi/Pump Trucks/Counterbalance)
•Lifting (in line with HSE guidelines) various products to complete the tasks required
•Cleaning the Warehouse and surrounding areas (as required) to ensure safety and a good appearance is maintained
•Cleaning and maintaining any equipment as required
•Occasional packing duties as required and in line with the needs of the Business
•The unloading and reloading of trailers
•Assisting with the organisation of stock as applicable
•Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards (keeping applicable areas free of hazards)
You Will:
•Ideally have proven experience within a similar role (although not essential as a willingness to learn and progress will also be considered)
•Have a passion for procedure and strive for high quality standards.
•Demonstrate a willingness to learn/develop
•Ideally hold a ‘Bendi/Flexi’ FLT licence, and demonstrate recent operation
•Display good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
•Possess good communication skills to enable efficient team work
•Thrive in a fast-paced, warehouse based, working environment
