We are currently looking for a part time employee ( 20 HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY)to cover a maternity leave period.
The role will essentially be administration based but as we are an importer and wholesaler of leather handbags to the high street retail market, an eye for product or fashion is desirable although not essential as there will be an opportunity to be involved in product development.
Below duties are an outline and will include:
• Producing purchase orders
• Supplier liaison re pricing, production and delivery
• Checking and chasing shipping paperwork
• Processing of incoming samples
• Dealing with incoming calls, faxes and emails from customers and suppliers
• General ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business
Due to the location of the office,own transport is necessary
The successful candidate will undergo a period of 4 weeks training from start date
