The firm cater for a diverse array of clients ranging from new start-ups through to established owner managed business, and companies with a turnover in excess of £10 million.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Managing a mixed portfolio of clients; managing a team to service this work-load, monitoring work-flow
Preparing and reviewing statutory year-end accounts; working under FRS 102, and 105; making final adjustments
Reviewing management accounting and bookkeeping duties dependent on client requirements
Personal and corporate tax returns; some advisory work
Mentoring and developing more junior members of staff; reviewing work
Taking a lead in the on-going development and modernisation of the firm

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:-

ACA/ACCA qualified with several years’ post qualification experience
5 years’ experience working within an accountancy Practice; strong base of tax knowledge
Exceptional communication skills; an ability to lead and inspire others
Want to play an integral part in a growing and profitable business

Working Hours:40 Hours + Overtime

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000p/a Negotiable on experience
