The Best Connection are currently seeking numerous coach drivers with automatic or manual licences, to fulfil several requirements for our prestigious client based in Gillingham.

The role itself involves commuter runs, VIP runs, rail replacement, private hire and potentially commuter runs abroad.

To begin, you are required to contact The Best Connection, where you will be invited in for registration. This will also give all candidates the opportunity to voice any queries, and to gain more information regarding the role.

Providing you are happy with the information provided, you will then be sent for an assessment, induction and a medical at the clients depot. Providing you pass all of the relevant criteria, you will then be given a uniform and asked to proceed.

Please be aware that the client prides themselves on their flexibility, therefore we will ask for your availability a week in advance for the following week, we will then pass this to the client who will be happy to book you in on those particular days, should there be work available.

Pay rates:

Commuter runs:

£10.00 per hour

VIP runs:

£13.80 per hour




To be eligible for this position you must possess:

- Category D Licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digi-Card
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional manner
