Permanent role - Customer Service Co-ordinator / Project Administrator
Salary - £21,100
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - 35 hour week
32 days annual leave (plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year)
This Customer Service Co-ordinator / Project Administrator role would suit someone who has previous customer service and administration experience and is looking for a varied and key role within a large and yet still expanding company in Kings Hill.
Duties for this Customer Service Co-ordinator / Project Administrator will include but not be limited to:
* Providing support to the customer service team by producing their daily and monthly KPI's
* Supporting and co-ordinating a number on team activities including in-house activities for both local and national charities
* Providing secretarial support to Customer Service Senior Management by assisting with their diaries, setting up meetings and taking minutes
* Supporting the Customer Experience Manager by logging and reviewing any complaints within the team and investigating the reasons and background around them
Additional benefits include a generous pension scheme (up to 11% employer contribution), enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme.
