Supporting our viability, service excellence and reputation delivering projects to develop our landlord services and monitoring delivery of the strategic plan.
We need someone that is logical, methodical and calm. You'll be managing projects to develop our landlord services, gathering insight from our customers and supporting the delivery of our strategic plan. You'll need to be someone that can absorb the contents of regulation and legislation documents and able to produce guidance and policies for the business. Preferably with an understanding of housing regulation.
You'll be IT literate, numerate and able to extract relevant data and pull together detailed reports. You will have the ability to run, create and analyse reports and able to lead projects and support change programmes.
You should be self-motivated and able to cultivate relationships across the business with junior members of staff to the chief executive
Experience, knowledge and skills
* Proven communication, interpersonal and written skills adaptable to all audiences including the ability to write board reports.
* Proven ability to take ownership of challenging and difficult conversations with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using and developing Microsoft office packages including Excel, and in-house bespoke systems, including ability to run, create and analyse reports.
* Demonstrable analytic skills in relation to complex data to support performance management and policy decision making.
* Ability to lead projects and support culture change programmes, and motivate colleagues during periods of evolutionary change.
* Experience of managing multiple tasks in a pressured environment to deliver to deadline and priority.
* Experience at establishing effective relationships with stakeholders to further services.
* Experience of applying equality and diversity principles in all situations and tailor services according to need.
Qualifications
* Prince 2, Six Sigma or other relevant formal training and accreditation desirable.
