We are currently recruiting for a talented Marketing Officer to join an exciting and very busy marketing department, based in Thanet. The role will see your strengths in Digital Marketing come to light, managing PPC campaigns, developing the social media for the company and updating both online and offline content.

Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to create tactical 12-month rolling marketing plans based on the long-term strategy for each category, implement and drive plans through to completion
• Be responsible for the strategies of a variety of products
• Understand end user customer journey across each category i.e. creating awareness, interest, consideration, purchase, retention and advocacy
• Ensure all marketing plans integrate with retailer/wholesaler promotional calendar
• Plan launch activities for new product launches
• Manage market research to understand customer insights, competitor and market analysis
• Manage budgets of individual projects and overall marketing budget
• Manage all PR, including press releases, generating editorial, reviews, advertorial and advertising as well as developing relationships with key press contacts for digital and print
• Copywriting for packaging, advertising, press releases and maintain copy library
• Manage social media channels
• Ensure internal communication of all marketing activities
• Create presentations for sales team
