Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Princess Christian’s Farm, Hildenborough
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support the Foundation Studies Department across the group with offices at both Princess Christian’s Farm, Hildenborough and West Kent College, Tonbridge.
The role will involve a range of secretarial and administration duties to include word processing, excel spreadsheets, dealing with telephone enquiries, diary management etc., as well as taking minutes for departmental meetings and the preparation and collation of documentation for internal and external meetings/assessments.
The successful candidate will need relevant secretarial/administration experience, have excellent organisation and IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative. Good communication skills are an essential requirement of the role, as the successful candidate will be liaising with staff, students, parents and industry professionals.
All staff are required to have achieved a level 2 or equivalent in literacy and numeracy and evidence of this will need to be provided at interview.
