Cygnia Maintenance Ltd require an Operations Controller & Assistant to work in our busy Operations Department with the UK’s leading provider of specialist sign maintenance.
The role requires the successful candidate to work from our Head Office in Broadstairs, Kent.
Operations Controller - Main Responsibilities involve:
• Managing onsite engineers
• Organising site access
• Reactive to fast turnaround callouts
• Managing budget & forecasting
• Available for the on call rota
Operations Assistant - Main Responsibilities involve:
• Permit applications
• Submission of Risk Assessments & Method Statements
• Ordering of materials, access equipment
• Any other requirements that arise to support the Operations Team
Working hours are from 9.00am – 5.30pm with a half an hour lunch break & two fifteen minute breaks throughout the day.
