An exciting new position has become available for a Customer Service Coordinator for a client based in Kings Hill.
The Customer Service Division require a highly motivated and self-reliant individual to work within the team to provide help for the division.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the division through the production of daily and monthly KPI's
* Maintain the divisional process catalogue and the Customer Service Intranet Pages.
* Provide support to the Customer Experience Manager by consolidating and reviewing all complaints recorded
* To support the Customer Services Senior Management Team with a number of ad-hoc tasks, assisting with diaries and the setup of meetings.
* To engage with the Head of Customer Services and Senior Managers, presenting our divisional reports, customer feedback and update to the maintenance of our process catalogue.
* To provide support to the Customer Experience Manager by consolidating and reviewing all complaints recorded across the organisation in order that a monthly report can be issued to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment.
* Experience in the production of MI and KPI's
* Computer literate and to Intermediate Level in MS Office including Word and Excel.
* Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self motivated and an effective team player.
* Analytical approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
