Our Customer Service Division is seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant individual to work within the Customer Service Project Team to provide help for the division.
The role is varied and you will provide support to the division through the production of daily and monthly KPI’s, maintain the divisional process catalogue and the Customer Service Intranet Pages.
To provide support to the Customer Experience Manager by consolidating and reviewing all complaints recorded across the organisation and supporting the Customer Service Senior Management Team with a number of ad-hoc tasks, assisting with diaries and the setup of meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment, be computer literate and to Intermediate Level in MS Office including Word and Excel.
Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self motivated and an effective team player.
