An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join a highly reputable company based in Tunbridge Wells.
Reporting into the Financial Accountant the key area of this role involves processing customer payments on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will require high attention to detail whilst being incredibly organised with all payments and data.
This is a part time role working 8AM to 1PM, Monday to Friday however these hours can be flexible depending on the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities:
* Daily processing of customer payments.
* Manual invoicing of credit note productions.
* Dealing with potential insolvency/bankruptcy claims.
* Administrative duties.
* Annual Archiving.
Key areas of experience:
* Previous experience within a Finance role
* Experience within an Administrative position.
* Knowledge of the Sales/Purchase ledger function.
* Strong knowledge of accountancy systems, preferably SAGE.
* Strong team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
Salary is £18500 (Pro-Rota - £12,333) plus up to 10% annual bonus.
25 Hours per week
