Due to continued growth my client is currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to add to their team.
The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience of working within the FMCG market and be able to complete the following duties:
• Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
• Checking purchase orders against good received notes
• Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
• Allocating invoices on to Sage
• Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
• Preparing payments within Euro’s and Sterling
• Prepare payment runs
