PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED WITH STUDENT MARKET EXPERIENCE
FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS
SALARY £21-£27,000 DOE
My client, an established and successful Estate Agents are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team dealing with the Canterbury area, student rental experience essential. Based in Ashford covering the Canterbury portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and independent working individual looking to work in a very busy office looking after a large portfolio of fully managed properties. You will offer excellent service levels and strive to do your best for clients at all times. Experience in this role is essential along with a sound knowledge of property management.
Responsibilities
Arranging property inspections
Student experience essential
Releasing deposits
Dealing with all maintenance queries
Arranging for repair works to be quoted and carried out
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Arranging Inventories
Arranging check in/out
Making sure that Gas, Electric and other safety certificates are up to date
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
Requirements
Top customer service is paramount
Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time Management
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
ARLA qualified is preferential but not essential
Student experience essential
