Reporting to an HR Business Partner at a Mid-Kent site, the Communications & Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivery of the engagement strategy and plan. You will ensure there is a cohesive and holistic approach to communication and engagement, developing new and effective ways of managing various communication channels and content, working closely with the Senior Management team to create a site wide engagement culture. This is a 12 month contract role with a January start and applicants should be experienced in employee engagement and/or people-focused Internal communications, driving culture change, imbedding a culture of engagement, events management and continuous improvement.
