Tasked with finding the perfect candidate for our clients, you will work alongside a Consultant to ensure you are representing the top talent in the Dartford area. Your duties will include:

* Managing a database of top talent candidates in the local area
* Understanding client requirements to proactively find candidates before they know they need them
* Interviewing candidates face to face to gain an expert knowledge on their skill-set
* Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media channels to proactively attract top talent
