My client based in Sittingbourne are currently looking for x2 Production Operatives to join their expanding team.
You will work rotating shift patterns of 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm on a weekly turn around and required to work 4 on 4 off, weekends will be involved so flexibility is a must.
Duties:
- To work as instructed by the team leader in the most efficient manner
- To undertake all duties in the safest possible way and in line with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- To report problems or potential problems to the section team leader immediately
- Take on responsibility of the product quality at all times whilst working in the area
- Understand all section KPIs and assist in reaching these targets
- To maintain a clean and tidy work area and assist in the end of shift housekeeping activities
- Attend training as required to develop relevant knowledge and skills throughout all production areas
- Carry out other duties within the production areas that may be required from time to time
- Able to operate machinery
Requirements:
- You will need to hold a current basic food hygiene certificate
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Live local or have own transport due to location
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team as well as on own initiative
