Do you have some SQL Skills (minimum select insert delete)?
Have you worked in a customer facing role be that face to face or in a help desk / customer service role and have an eye for detail?
Would you like a new job offering the opportunity to work with clients over the phone and face to face whilst gaining more technical SQL skills?

Our client is looking to expand its support team that manages software support and training after product / software installation.
The ideal candidate doesnt have to be techie person with IT help desk experience but will suit someone with some SQL skills and keen to learn, help and support customers.
As a result we need someone with a calm demeanour comfortable listening and providing support and guidance to customer queries. The role isnt a high volume help desk so needs someone who likes to see and resolve and problem through to completion; is able to explain technical problems in a calm simple way; and is very comfortable communicatiing over the phone, face to face and in writing.
Any experience around telecoms / mobile phone support could be useful.
The role offers a career path in to more technical work. It is a permanent position only.
