What you'll need to have:

* Good knowledge of EFSA
* Previously worked in NPD
* Knowledge of vitamins and minerals within food products
* Methodical way of working
* Providing quotes for new products
* Liaising with the sales team
* A qualification in food/health would be a huge benefit
