As a Customer Service Representative for French customers, you will be arranging everything right from the beginning of the order process. On a day to day basis your role will include:
* Processing initial orders
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure all items are ordered and will be ready on time
* Speaking with other departments
* Ensuring a smooth process for all customers
* Answering any enquiries
* Keeping the database up to date at all times
* Arranging international shipping
For this role, you must be fluent in French both written and spoken to a business level and experience of using SAP is also essential. A background of Export would also be advantageous.
