Mezzanine International has an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional Sales and Marketing experience to join our fast-growing structural engineering company specialising in steel mezzanine flooring. This is a stand alone role and will ideally suite someone who is looking to gain experience in a more senior position.

The role of Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the marketing and communication strategy for MiTek’s – Mezzanine Systems Division (of which Mezzanine is a part of) across the UK and European territories.

Assisting the Division Marketing Manager, who is based in the US, you will deliver the strategy at a local level. This includes, but not limited to designing and developing product brochures and customer-facing materials, product presentations, press releases, original website content, email-based communications and social media. All activities will be aligned with the corporate goals and objectives and coordinated with the Division Marketing Manager and the Division Development Director and Sales Director based in the UK.

Main Duties:
• Work under the direction of the Division Marketing Manager and the Division Development Director, to help reach the company's
marketing goals and objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of territorial marketing plans, campaigns, events and initiatives, through the use of social media,
branding and/or traditional marketing mediums.
• Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, and so forth for each local territory.
• Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop
marketing plans, this includes monthly reporting on key metrics.
• Assist sales teams in maintaining client relationships
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and website functionality is in line with GDPR regulations
• Co-ordinate promotional events such as trade shows/exhibitions, liaising with 3rd party contractors and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar full mix marketing role, ideally within the construction/steelwork or engineering industry
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal direct supervision
• A commercial mind-set is pivotal to the role
• Experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable skills in organising projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience of compiling reports, presentations and business documents with a business purpose in mind
• Experience in go-to-market product launches
• Ability to conduct market analysis and analyse data
• A global mindset, comfortable working with colleagues of diverse nationalities, business cultures and backgrounds, based across the
world.
