Xtracare Ltd are recruiting for Male and Female Care Workers

Areas include, Aylesford, Ditton, East Malling, West Malling, Snodland, Allington, Maidstone, Barming, and other surrounding areas.

Experience an advantage but not essential as a full training program including Care Certificate induction training will be provided.

Paid in house training and portal to CPD accredited on-line training with an opportunity to take advanced NCFE life-time training certificates in various aspects of care.

- Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a mobile phone.
- Full and part time positions (minimum 16 Hours up to 60 Hours per week)
- Single Handed Rounds and Double Handed Rounds.
- Various shift times available
- Guaranteed Contracted Hours and Fixed shifts available.
- Must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Weekends and Evenings only Shifts (must be able to complete induction training in house).
- £8.75 minimum rate for non- QCF (NVQ 2) qualified staff after induction completed
- Additional £0.50 per hour Bonus scheme – conditions apply
- Enhanced pay for unsocial hours Monday to Friday
- Enhanced pay for Saturday social and unsocial hours
- Enhanced pay for Sunday social and unsocial hours
- Mileage payments
- Fortnightly pay
- 28 days paid holiday, pro-rata
- All holiday pay based on actual hours worked in the previous 12 weeks
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- All uniforms and other protective items supplied
- Enrollment onto QCF (NVQ) level 2 and 3
- Employment subject to Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
