Are you ready to take full end-to-end responsibility for marketing planning and delivery? Ready to take that step up and have your ideas heard and actioned? Then this is the perfect position for you. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join a multi award winning creative agency in Ashford, Kent to plan, execute and have ownership of marketing strategies and campaigns.
You'll have previous experience as a Marketing Manager in B2B, or you'll be ready to step up from your current position.
You will work on lead generation with the Business Development Director to bring in leads that can be converted to new business, as well as working on building the companies brand with tasks including running organising events, developing the content marketing strategy and social media channels.

They are focused on conversion optimisation and user experience, with their own portable lab which is used to test real life users on actual customer and competitor websites.
The company has grown very quickly in a short period of time, with its customers including the Post Office and Merlin Entertainment. They're now looking for someone who is independent, motivated, energetic and entrepreneurial to come and join a growing team with big ambitions!
Description
* Working with the Business Development Director to bring new leads into the business
* Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy and plan
* Lead and deliver effective integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels
* Organise and attend industry events on behalf of the company
* Own marketing processes, including approvals, workflow systems and content management
* Taking ownership of marketing output including compliance and good governance to ensure positive customer outcomes
* Responsible for creating and owning the annual marketing budget
* Reporting on the performance and attribution of marketing channels
Profile
* Enthusiastic and outgoing, with the energy to be effective in a fast-paced environment
* An understanding of the digital landscape required, ecommerce knowledge is a bonus
* Creative in approach
* Ability to think strategically yet be hands-on to deliver programmes and campaigns on time and on budget
* Capacity to challenge the status quo
* Entrepreneurial mind-set with a winning mentality
* Team-player who is able to lead by example
* Committed to gaining a competitive edge over the market competitors
* Results oriented and able to lead delivery of activities across the business
* B2B marketing experience
* Marketing qualifications desirable, but not essential
