Salary: £16,835 per annum, pro rata plus £3,900 night allowance, per annum, pro rata

Hourly Rate: £8.75 per hour plus £2 per hour night allowance

Hours: Average 20 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

We are currently looking for someone to cover night shifts, working between the hours of 22.00 and 06.30 including alternate weekends. Our team are there 24/7 to handle queries and requests from our customers enabling vulnerable people both young and old, to live safely, happily and independently in their home.

You'll attend a two week training academy and receive one to one training and on-going support working in our modern offices as part of a bright and enthusiastic team with lots of personality.

Ensuring emergency calls are dealt with in a professional, calm and understanding manner you'll also liaise with others to provide a first class response service. Able to prioritise your work and manage deadlines you'll also work to agreed procedures and take action as required.
