If the answer is yes - then look no further. Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team based in Folkestone, Kent, on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for leading the Demand Planning function, working closely with stakeholders to manage the forecasting for all Church & Dwight products within our UK market as well as selected Church & Dwight Export and Intercompany markets. The Demand Planning Manager manages a team of three, consisting of 2 Demand Planners based in Folkestone, Kent, and one based in Singapore

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing demand and forecasting processes to connect and align all areas for UK sourced products for UK Domestic, Export and Intercompany
• Delivering the 18-month forecast for these areas
• Intelligently challenging sales forecasts where significant changes have occurred and explaining their reason for changing.
• Alerting Supply Chain on anticipated demand changes likely to be of an exceptional nature.
• Developing the use of Manugistics in line with developing Business needs.
• Helping the organisation develop and continuously improve it’s S&OP process

Due to the cross functional nature of this role, the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work with and through people to achieve results in a logical and systematic way. They will have the ability to influence and motivate direct reports, peers and stakeholders to improve ways of working and deliver continuous improvement. Line management experience is desirable and the ideal candidate will have a participative approach, focusing on coaching direct reports to achieve their potential.

From a technical perspective, we are ideally seeking a candidate with a background in FMCG or a similar industry and experience of using SAP and Manugistics.
