Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to support the HR Team within a busy NHS Trust.
The team is the first point of contact for many personnel services, particularly expenses, rostering, and transactional variations and changes to contracts.
This multi-skilled role will work to ensure that the teams` customers receive an effective, professional, efficient and proactive service at all times
Duties and tasks will include;
Providing management oversight and support to the HR Support Team
Ensuring service levels and KPIs are met, and acting as an escalation point for query resolution both within the team and to the wider Trust.
Working alongside senior colleagues and external partners to take a proactive and innovative approach to resolving issues, providing an exemplary service to staff across the Trust
Supporting team members in achieving overall departmental priorities and allocating work accordingly when the team are working to conflicting demands and pressures.
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to stringent processes and tight deadlines.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of communicating with professionals at various levels within a large organisations.
Experience of using E-Roster, ESR would be desirable, as would experience of using Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
