We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our fast paced and busy Customer Support Team taking care of a mix of established and new Customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in account management, order processing and project management. The role will involve developing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and taking accountability in the supply chain follow up.

Attention to detail is paramount and a proven record of exceptional customer service skills, ideally in a manufacturing background, is key for success. Knowledge of Cerm or bespoke order systems will be an advantage. We are looking for a logical thinker that demonstrates a positive attitude, common sense and a determined approach to getting work done. Experience in building work relationships along with the ability to converse in French with customers is paramount for this role.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Flexibility required). Attractive salary TBA based on relevant experience. Starting date: ASAP.
