I'm looking for Night Porter to join my Clients team in Tunbridge Wells. This position is permanent & full time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be a dedicated team player.
About Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests & allocate bedrooms correctly
- Deal politely, efficiently and calmly with guests at the reception desk
- Operate the switchboard
- Take guests luggage on arrival and departure
- Set up and serve room service breakfasts
- Conduct a suitable handover to reception and the Duty Manager
- Up sell at every opportunity
- Record any maintanance problems and hand over to the Duty Manager
- Complete regular secuirty and fire checks of the building and grounds
Previous experience is welcomed but not essential as full training will be given.
