Our client due to increased work load and a restructure within the shared service centre are now looking for three purchase ledger clerks to join the team on a 3 month temporary rolling contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:-


Batching and coding supplier invoices
Investigating CIS returns
Chasing authorisation for invoices outstanding for payment
Month end reconciliations
Supplier statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers and requesting copy invoices
Requesting POD and supplying POR information

The ideal person will have at least 6 months experience in an all round purchase ledger role. Initially you will be office based 5 days a week and after training on systems you will be able to work 2 days a week from home.
