Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Due to expansion our client a fast growing professional services company is looking to recruit an efficient and well-organised Marketing / Administrative Assistant to join their team.
The position is based near Bromley, Kent and is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months).
First rate I.T. skills are essential to this role as you will be downloading and updating documents, formatting and merging PDF’s and generally assisting the Marketing department by providing administrative support to meet tight deadlines. You will also be expected to help out providing reception assistance and ad-hoc admin support.
Prospective candidates should have at least one year’s proven experience working in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast moving environment.
